1. Is the medical centre accepting new patients?
Our clinic is current not accepting new patients and we are not keeping a waitlist. However, you can register at Health Connect Registry and will be contacted when there is a family physician available.

2. Can I book an appointment by phone?
Our phone lines are open Mondays, Wednesdays and Wednesdays from 10AM to 2PM. For all appointments, we encourage you to book online.
3. How can I get non-urgent medical advice?
For general medical advice, dial 811 and ask to speak to a registered nurse.

4. What is the cancellation policy?
Our 48-hour cancellation policy ensures that you have the flexibility to change your plans if needed. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule effectively.
5. What are the fees for uninsured services?
MSP does not cover form fees, exams requested by third parties (insurance/employment), cosmetic procedures, record transfers or charges billed for not attending a booked appointment.
